Rellva website privacy notice

What this form collects

Rellva collects the name, business name, email address, and message you submit, together with a submission time and request status. Please do not submit customer records, payment information, or sensitive personal details.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, discuss a demo or pilot, and manage follow-up. Submitting the form does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing list or confirm an appointment.

Storage and access

Requests are stored using the website's hosting and database providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The owner workspace requires sign-in and is restricted to Rellva's authorized owner. This site does not use advertising trackers.

Product guide and private workspace

The public product guide matches questions to approved written answers inside your browser. Its conversation stays in the current page and is not saved as a support record or sent to an AI provider. It cannot access customer accounts. Use the contact form for a request needing a response.

The owner workspace stores private notes, reply drafts, attention flags and command requests using the same hosting and database providers. Commands await a verified hosted connection and do not currently execute actions. Customer-account chat and cloud AI are not yet activated.

Questions and deletion requests

Email hello@rellvahq.com with “Privacy request” in the subject to ask about, correct, or delete your submission. Provide the same email address used in the original request so we can verify it. Records are kept as needed to handle the inquiry and meet applicable obligations.
